Cuddly Kitten Day...in the Year of the Dog

Some people like cats. Some like dogs. Some like both. Evidently, March 23 is "Cuddly Kitten Day," so we're going to split the difference and celebrate cats on this special day...in the Chinese Year of the Dog. Naturally, we can think of no better way to celebrate Cuddly Kitten Day in The Year of the Dog than by sharing our only recorded cover, the barely-recognizable reinvention of Al Stewart's 1976 hit "The Year of the Cat." It features quotes from great writers, pictures of cuddly kittens and former cuddly kittens, and a groovy soundtrack.

Share it with the cuddly kitten lover in your life!

Celebrating #CuddlyKittenDay in the Chinese Year of the Dog by sharing The Long Afternoon's only recorded cover, 'The Year of the Cat.' Oh, the irony.
